INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE BAG

1. Ensure your skin is free from moisturizer, sunscreen, or sweat by thoroughly cleaning your chest and exfoliating dead skin cells.

2. Remove the pad from the bag, peel off the plastic cover, and keep it, as you will use it to store the pad later.

3. Firmly and evenly press the sticky side of the pad onto your chest to ensure good adhesion.

4. In the morning, remove the chest pad slowly using an upward motion.

5. Wash the pad with soap and water, avoiding cleansers, moisturizing oil, and emollients.

6. Air-dry the pad with the adhesive side facing upward, and do not use a towel to wipe it. Once it is naturally dried, put it back on the plastic cover.

7. Store the pad back into the packing bag, keeping it away from dust.

8. The pad is reusable up to 15-20 times. For better results, wear it overnight, but do not use it on broken skin or skin that is not comfortable with silicone.
